All calls are scheduled between 7 am – 4 pm.
Questions about a regression? Need follow-up support? Schedule changes? Transitions? We’ll spend 30 minutes troubleshooting your sleep issues, get your questions answered, and come up with a quick plan of action. This option is for returning clients who have already purchased a sleep plan previously.
We will spend one-hour via phone or Skype discussing your sleep difficulties and goals. We will review your intake form, where I will provide suggestions on how to maximize your child’s sleep environment, establish a healthy schedule, and review methods to successful sleeping. You will receive a customized sleep plan based on the method you feel most comfortable with. I will coach you through the process utilizing daily sleep logs. This plan includes 1 week of follow-up support (via email or phone).
For this package, you will receive the same components but with an extra week of support. This package is recommended for parents of young babies (4-5 months) and parents who would like more extensive analysis, support, and trouble-shooting. While many families see significant improvement in the first 1-3 days, many families need more time to acclimate to their new routine, schedule, and methods. You will still receive the intake form, initial phone consultation, personalized sleep plan, and analysis of daily sleep logs. This plan includes 2 weeks of follow-up support (via email or phone).
During this one-hour consultation, we will meet in your home to discuss your sleep concerns and goals. We will evaluate your child’s sleep environment, discuss your sleep philosophies and which method is best suited for your family. This in-person consultation helps us develop a personal relationship, while helping me see the unique aspects of your family.
You will receive a detailed sleep plan following our consultation, as well as two weeks of follow up support (through email or phone).

Great Baby Shower Gift! During this one-hour phone call, we will discuss what you can expect in terms of sleeping during the first 3-4 months. We will cover optimal sleep environments, safe sleeping, milestones, and guidelines. What a great way to get started on the right foot! You can prevent many sleep problems by simply establishing healthy sleep habits. This plan also includes 2 follow-up emails to be used anytime during the first 6 months.
